Flexible rates available for locals who may need temporary housing for a week or two, or possibly monthly.

3 - Day Minimum Stay
$85 per night/$255

  • Queen-sized bed, comfortable nontoxic foam, organic cotton sheets. No toxic chemicals used for cleaning. $150 refundable security deposit. $65 cleaning fee. Checkout before 12:00 noon.

By the Week
$545/weekly

  • Queen-sized bed, comfortable nontoxic foam, organic cotton sheets. No toxic chemicals used for cleaning. $300 refundable security deposit. $120 cleaning fee. Checkout before 12:00 noon.

Respectfully, we request that you not bring or use any synthetic perfumes, or hair
and body care products with ‘fragrance’ or chemicals in the ingredients. We do
not allow candles or incense for safety purposes. No pets, and this is also a
non-smoking environment. We want to maintain a healthy, nontoxic space
for everyone, including those who are chemical and EMF sensitive.
